Come to Christmas in Coalville on Saturday 23 November!
Christmas in Coalville is going to be filled with holiday cheer, family-friendly entertainment, and unforgettable seasonal activities.
The event is on 10am - 5pm, where you can visit the stalls, watch the entertainment, enjoy the fun fair and finish the day with the incredible fire show finale!
There will be lots to see with the event taking place across Marlborough Square, Belvoir Shopping Centre, and Needham's Walk car park.
Take photos with your loved ones inside the (new for 2024) Photo Snow Globe and create your own take-home snow globe craft at Marlborough Square.
Enjoy performances from Whiskey Chasers and community choir groups like Singing for the Soul Choir and Coalville Christ Church Community Choir, as well as Thornley Dance Academy and Century Theatre Academy.
By popular demand, the Living Snow Globe (from 2022) will return this year after the entertaining performances in the past. Come and enjoy:
- Food, drinks and craft fair
- Santa sleigh
- Photo globe
- Family entertainment
- Children's fun fair rides
- Free make a snow globe
- Main stage performances from 11am at Marlborough Square
- Street performers including Living Snow Globe and The National Elf service!
- Fun fair on Needhams Walk car park

As well as the best dressed window competition, Coalville will be lighting up the dark evenings with festive illuminations.
As the nights draw in, come and enjoy the festive glow of shops in Coalville, where you can also vote for your favourite.

Coalville shops will be transformed into fabulous Christmas displays.
Take a walk round and see how Coalville is transformed into a Christmas wonderland.
If one particularly catches your eye, you can vote to give them a chance of winning the public vote!
Where's the elf?
Those of you coming to admire the shop windows, should also keep your eye out for elves in Coalville shops.
If you can find at least 10, you can enter online and have a chance to win local shopping vouchers.
