Members pay 10/- a year and be credited with a bonus at the end of the year.

Money shall be paid in monthly subscriptions of 2/- to be paid or sent to the library on the first Friday of each month between 6 and 7.30pm

Members will be given a payment card which shall be receipted on payment. This card shall be a voucher.

This card shall be handed in on the 1st Friday in November and the 1st Friday in December and shall be returned with a bonus and shall be cashable for coal or clothing from tradesman.

The value of these vouchers may be added to in cash but cannot be used for goods of less than the value and changed after and they must be used for coal or clothing – not both and with one trader only.

Tradesmen shall be asked to cash in vouchers for payment by 31st December each year.

Cheques shall be signed by the vicar and Mr Lewis. An account shall be opened at the Midland Bank in the name of the club.

The club ran from 1951 and started with 77 members and was finally discontinued in 1964. At its peak there were over 160 members earning about £1 bonus each year.
